June Seasonal Letter

THANKS SO MUCH to all the Volunteers that helped out
with the kids from the Indianapolis School of the Blind.
They had a great time!

We are going to have a BIGGEST LOSER CONTEST contest here
at Hidden Lake. The contest will run from Memorial Weekend
to Labor Day Weekend.The cost is $10.00 to Enter and .25 cents
for each pound gained. Weigh in weekly (or when you’re here).
The prizes are:

1st Place
70% of the Money Raised and
$50.00 off their Lot Rent
when their contract is due.

2nd Place
30% of the Money Raised

for those that are interested we would like to get a group of people
to walk on the weekends.

The Sign Up Date will be:
Sunday - May 30th
at 6:00 pm in Front of the Office.

At that time you will be able to pay the $10.00 entry fee, weigh in
and get more info about the contest. Several seasonals were not aware
of the three mandatory meetings we had in May. We have made
arrangement to have one on:

Saturday 19th at 6:00pm.
At Least ONE Seasonal Per Site Must Attend!!

a meeting per camping season. This will be the last meeting if you
have not been to a meeting yet this year PLEASE plan to attend
this one.

Please have your contracts turned in by Saturday May 29th we have been using old contracts to verify guest. After May 29th
we will no longer be able to do that.

June Activities are:

Saturday - 12th
Event for the KIDS
5:00 pm till 8:00 pm
we will serve Hot Dogs, Chips and Drink
(sign up sheet in the office)

Saturday - 19th
KIDS MEETING
3:30 pm meet with the beach

Saturday - 26th
VINTAGE ROLLERS
Hidden Lake Car Show
