May Seasonal Letter

There are two dates left for the Mandatory Meeting
Saturday May 8th and Saturday May 15th. At least one
seasonal per site must attend a meeting. There will be a sign
in sheet at the meetings please make sure your name gets on this
sheet. We will meet at 3 pm at the red building for both dates.

The Indianapolis school of the blind will be here at Hidden Lake
for their annual field trip on:

Monday- May 24th from 8:00am till 1:30pm

anyone wanting to volunteer to help out may do so at the office.

The majority of our seasonal that have been camping with us
for years are aware that our youngest son Adam will graduating
from high school in May and leaving for college in June. We
will be having a party for him on:

Saturday May 29 from 6pm till ?

at the RED BUILDING. If you would like to come enjoy
the evening with us please let us know at the office.

Janie Boyer (site 37) and Joetta Long (site 35) are taking
donations for 4th of July fire works .Please get with them
for more information.

Anyone wanting to volunteer to host and active for the kids
or adults can get with Trish (site 81) We would like to get the
active sheet for the year done and to you by memorial weekend.
