MAY SEASONAL LETTER
Ron and I would like to welcome everyone to the 2008 Camping
Season. Here are some of the things we talked about at the
meeting:

M- F 10:00am till 9:00pm
Sat 9:00am till 9:00pm
Sun 10:00am till 7:00pm

AROUND THE CAMPGROUNDS:

The web site is: HiddenLakeResort.org this web site will
have the monthly seasonal letters (you can also pick up a
seasonal letter in the office).

Anyone that has a golf cart needs their site number on it. Your
site number needs to be put on the front of the camper, tongue of
the camper or as an yard decoration (this will help Jason & Rusty
out a lot)

The pump out book is located in the office the sign in
sheets are orange. You need to be on the list by Saturday 9:00pm.
Anyone that needs to add their name to the list on Sunday
will need to do so at the office you will be charged a late fee
of $5.00. No one is to stop the guys as they are pumping and
ask to be put on the list.

Dust Problem:
We are in hopes to get the regrinds from the current road
construction on State Road 37.

Jared on Site 123 is also hauling gravel if you need some on your site.

RULES:
(Reminders)

NUMBER 1:

Please, Please, Please, WATCH YOUR SPEED from the time
you come into the campgrounds until the time you leave the
campgrounds it does not matter if you are driving a vehicle,
motorcycle or golf cart. The maximum speed is: 5 mph.

NUMBER 2:

Please be sure ALL GUESTS know:
a.) Stop at the office
b.) Sign in
c.) Pay their fee
d.) Park in the parking lot
(if they have things to carry. Please pick them up at the parking
lot. This will cut down on traffic going through the park)

NUMBER 3:

ALL Dogs are to be keep on a leash at all times.

NUMBER 4:

No one is to ride bikes after dark.

We need all contracts due in April filled out and turned into the
office asap please.

We have had several questions about the Electric Bills.

here is a run down..........

We will read your meter around the 19th of every month.

You can pick up your bill from the office.

Your electricity will based on current charges from the electric
company.

Great Job Jerri Fite Site 89 for getting the Herald Bulletin box put
in up at the office.

Depending on the weather the State will close the front driveway
on:
Tuesday April 29 or Wednesday April 30 for about 4 hours.
