SEPTEMBER SEASONAL LETTER
We are in hopes the children had a good time at the
"Back To School Party". Thanks so much to all that
donated the School Supplies and your time to help
Cook, or with the Games. Although the Back To School
Party is a sign that summer is almost over. The
children do look forward to the party each year.

Let us know in the office if you enjoyed the campers
and cook out Tom Raper did on August 2nd.
So we can let them know if we want them
to come backnext year!!

Here is what we have plan for September:

Sept. 6th // 8:00pm - 12:00midnight

"Teen Dance at the Basketball Court"
(ages 13 to 18 years)

Pizza and Chips will be provided
(compliments of the kids fund)

We ask the each teen bring a liter bottle of soda.

**NOTE**
There is to be NO Drugs, Alcohol, Tobacco,
or Weapons of any kind at the dance!!

We are asking that each school have:
One Male and One Female Adult Chaperone.

"Church Service and Baptism"
Pastor Bill Cornwell from Tipton Community
Fellowship Church will do the service

Sept. 13th // Rain Date
"Teen Dance"
(Refer to Sept. 6th for information)
Note: This is ONLY a Scheduled RAIN DATE
if Sept. 6th had Ruining Weather Conditions!

Sept. 20th // 2:00pm - 4:00pm
"1800`s Days"
Site 120 / 121 / 122 there will be old
fashion activities and games (cake walk).

Sign up sheet in the office
for those who want to participate and for
those who want to make a desert for the
cake walk.

BYOB and a covered dish to share, Cost is:
$7.00 per person Natalie (site 26) and Sheryl (site 67)
are selling the tickets for this event.

will be on:

SATURDAY - OCTOBER 5th
here is a schedule so everyone can plan ahead:

2pm - 4pm - Dinner
4pm - 5pm - Crafts and Games
6pm - 8pm - Costume Contest

After contest the kids will Trick or Treat

8pm -10pm Haunted Trail
(Pizza and Soda for the people that help
out on the trail at 10:15pm)

If your child is going to participate in the
costume contest please bring a $5.00 gift for
them you will give your child the gift after
the contest is over. It would be helpful if
each seasonal would donated 2 bags of candy
to be given to the children at the Halloween Party
(turn in at the office)

You must have a ticket to go through the
Haunted Trail this year the
cost per ticket is .25 cents.

You may purchase the tickets at the office.

There are sign up sheets at the office for the Halloween events.
